Q: What financial assistance do you provide?

A: We offer low interest rates, multiple repayment options and fair repayment terms with a 30-day interest-free period. Contractual loan terms vary between 6 – 24 months, depending upon the amount awarded.

Q: What forms of repayment do you accept?

A: We accept repayment in three forms:

  1. Online credit card fixed monthly payment
  2. Bank to Bank (EFT) transfer
  3. Online payment using third party systems (i.e., PayPal)

Q: What are your interest rates?

A: We offer 9% interest rates for high credit applicants and 10% interest rates for low credit applicants.

Q: How long will I have to wait for a decision?

A: As pet parents ourselves, we are committed to providing you with a timely response. You will receive notification of approval or denial within one business day of the receipt of your application.

Q: When will my veterinary provider be paid?

A: Once you agree to the terms of the loan, we will pay your veterinary provider within 48 hours. *

Q: What if I do not qualify for what I need?

A: We hope to be able to offer our financial support to as many pet parents as possible. If you do not qualify for further assistance, we will personally reach out to provide you with alternative financial resources and information.

Q: What is the relationship with the Pawtricity Foundation?
